2. Detailed conditions of using the services and benefits for each membership tier
(1) Room Upgrade Service benefit
① All room upgrades shall only be offered on regular reservations [reservations that are made via Hotel Shilla’s reservation office or online reservation system (website or mobile app), hereinafter referred to as “regular reservations”], where the request for a room upgrade is made at the time of reservation via the booking center of the hotel where the guest is to stay. All room upgrades are subject to room availability at the hotels where the guests are to stay.
② The room booked by a Member is upgraded to its next higher room category (except Suite rooms) as long as the room upgrade service is available.
③ The room upgrade service valid during the tier valid period , limited to three (3) nights for a single stay. If a Member using the room upgrade service desires to stay in excess of such three (3) nights, the Member shall either pay an additional fee or revert to his/her original room.
④ The Suite room upgrade service is available to those Members who are using a room in the category equal to or higher than Business Deluxe at the Shilla Seoul or Deluxe at the Shilla Jeju and up to the room category of Superior Suite at the Shilla Seoul or Corner Suite with a mountain view at the Shilla Jeju. In the category equal to or higher than Deluxe at Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang and up to the room category of Corner Suite at Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang.
⑤The Suite room upgrade service will not be available for the following periods or dates (check-in basis):
• Shilla Seoul: July to August, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and December 24 and 31
• Shilla Jeju: July to August, holidays, and December 19 to 31
• Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang: New Year's Day, Korean New Year’s Day, July to August, Korean Chuseok, and December 23~31
⑥ All room upgrades may not be used with complimentary night tickets or other discount vouchers.
(2) Accomodation Points redemption voucher benefit for stays
① Accomodation points redemption vouchers (Hereinafter referred to as "Points redemption voucher") which are provided as a tier benefit, can only used for regular reservations, and the points redemption voucher must be presented to the front desk at the time of payment. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively after check-out.
② Points redemption vouchers will be issued once a year according to the company's regulations and can be used within the validity period. (Validity cannot be carried over.)
③ Points redemption vouchers are issued in the app and must be redeemed as coupons in the app, and cannot be combined with other coupons or discount offers.
(3) Complimentary laundry service during stay
① Complimentary laundry service provided as a benefit by membership tier (hereinafter referred to "Complimentary laundry service") is only available on regular reservations, and provided once per stay.
② Complimentary laundry service is as below:

Gold Tier The Shilla Seoul: 1 shirt – ironing
The Shilla Jeju: 1 shirt or T-shirt that is water-washable.
Diamond Tier The Shilla Seoul: 1 suit and 1 shirt - ironing
The Shilla Jeju: 1 shirt/T-shirt and pants that is water-washable
(4) Diamond tier complimentary lounge access
① Complimentary lounge access provided as a Diamond tier benefit (hereinafter referred to as "Complimentary lounge Access") is available only on regular reservations, and is applicable for up to 2 persons including the member. If the member stays in a room with lounge benefits, those lounge access benefits and the Diamond lounge access benefits shall not be used at the same time.
② Complimentary lounge access may be restricted depanding on the hotel's room availability.
(5)Clé de Peau Beauté Spa discount benefit.
① Clé de Peau Beauté Spa at The Shilla Seoul/Jeju (Hereinafter referred to as "Affiliated branch") Spa discount coupons will be issued on the opening date~2025.06.30 : 6 Coupons. 2025.07.01~2025.12.31 : 6 Coupons and can only be used within the validity period. (Validity cannot be carried over.)
② The use of Spa discount coupons may be restricted depending on the circumstances of the affiliated branch.
③ This benefit is only available in 2025. From 2026, the discount voucher provision targets, discount rates, quantities, etc, may change depending on the details of the partnership with the affiliated branch.
(6) Early check-in, Late check-out benefits for the Diamond tier can be restricted depending on the hotel's room availability.
(7) Same-day reservations or walk-ins may result in restricted services and benefits available during the stay.
(8) The services and benefits of affiliated hotels may be replaced by other services and benefits or may become unavailable depending on the circumstances of such affiliated hotels. (9) Services and Benefits by Membership Tier are provided only when members use the Shilla Rewards program, and members are required to show their mobile coupons or vouchers.
